Website privacy / Updated October 7, 2026
A clear boundary around your data.
This policy covers the static website at pubship.dev. The project does not operate a Google-connected service.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is Denys Vorobyov, Portugal. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests about your personal data.
This website
The site has no application analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies, signup forms or external font requests. It does not ask for Google sign-in or receive your Google credentials or app data. Examples are synthetic. The copy button writes only the displayed command to your clipboard when you select it.
Website delivery, providers and retention
Delivering and protecting the website involves processing request data such as IP address, browser information, requested path and time. The providers involved are:
- Cloudflare provides the proxy, content delivery and security services in front of the website and processes visitor request data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the website's origin server in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. It provides the server and network infrastructure used to deliver the site. See Hetzner's privacy policy.
- Google Workspace processes emails sent to pubship.dev addresses, including sender details, message content and attachments. It is used for email, not to serve these website pages. See Google Workspace's data processing terms.
Website delivery and security logging are based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website and preventing abuse under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The supplied web-server configuration disables access logs. Providers may retain delivery and security records under their respective retention policies and applicable service settings; this website does not set one common retention period for those records. Do not include credentials or private reports in URLs.
External links and contact
GitHub, Google and other external sites have their own privacy practices. If you contact the maintainer by email or open an issue, the receiving provider processes that message. Share only the information necessary for your request. Never include credentials in an issue.
Your rights
Where applicable under data protection law, you can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data and erasure of data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to Portugal's data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
